• जिन वाक्यों के अंत में ता है, ती है, ते है, ता हूँ आदि शब्द आते है, वह Present Indefinite Tense कहलाता है। इसका सीधा संबंध वर्तमान समय से होता है।

Affirmate Sentence (सकारात्मक वाक्य)

(1) एक वचन कर्ता के साथ मुख्य क्रिया में s या es लगाते है।
(2) बहुवचन कर्ता के साथ मुख्य क्रिया में s या es नहीं लगाते है।

Affirmate Sentence Example –

Negative Sentence (नकारात्मक वाक्य)

पहचान – Negative Sentence में Do/Does का प्रयोग करते है और helping verb के बाद not आता है अर्थात् वाक्य के तीसरे स्थान पर not आता है।

Note – Singular sentence के साथ Does का use करते है और Plural sentence के साथ Do का use करते है।

• तुम विद्यालय नहीं जाते हो।
  You do not go to school.
• बच्चे तालाब में नहीं नहाते है।
  Children do not bath in the pond.
• वह मुझे नहीं जानती है।
  She does not know me.
• मैं झूठ नहीं बोलता हूँ।
  I do not tell a lie.
• रवि जयपुर नहीं जाता है।
  Ravi does not go to Jaipur.
• बकरी घास नहीं चर रही है।
  The goat is not grazing.

Interrogative Sentence (प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य)

पहचान – Interrogative Sentence में Do/Does वाक्य के शुरू में आता है और वाक्य के अंत में प्रश्नवाचक चिह्न लगाता है।

Interrogative Negative Sentence (प्रश्नवाचक नकारात्मक वाक्य)

पहचान – Interrogative Negative Sentence में Do/Does वाक्य के शुरू में आता है और Sub के बाद Not आता है अर्थात् वाक्य के तीसरे स्थान पर Not आता है।

Present Indefinite Tense rules in hindi​

Rule 1. Routine action के लिए Present Tense का प्रयोग होता है।

(A) Regular action (नियमित कार्य) – I come here daily.
(B) Irregular action (अनियमित कार्य) – Earthquakes come in Japan.
(C) Habits action (आदत) – He wakes up early in the morning.
(D) Universal truth (सार्वभौमिक सत्य) – The sun rises in the east.

Rule 2. Newspaper के Headlines और sports के Commentary में भी Simple Present Tense का प्रयोग होता है।
Ex – Sachin strikes the ball and off it goes across the boundary line.

Rule 3. निकट भविष्य के किसी Planed कार्य को व्यक्त करने के लिए भी Simple Present Tense का प्रयोग होता है।
Ex – The Prime Minister comes here tomorrow.

Rule 4. जहाँ किसी Action का महत्त्व हो और उसे होता हुआ दर्शाया जाए तब Simple Present Tense का प्रयोग होता है।

Rule 5. Here/There से Start होने वाले Exclamatory Sentence में Simple Present tense आयेगा।
